Anxiety Practices
Anxiety can be overwhelming, but the right therapeutic approach can provide relief and help you regain control over your life. Our expert team specializes in evidence-based treatments designed to address various anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), hoarding disorder (HD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Phobias.
Our Approaches
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a widely recognized and highly effective treatment for anxiety. It helps individuals identify negative thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced thinking.
Exposure Therapy( ERP)
For individuals dealing with phobias, social anxiety, or panic disorder, exposure therapy gradually and safely exposes them to feared situations, helping reduce avoidance behaviors and increase confidence.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Incorporating mindfulness techniques, this approach teaches clients how to stay present, manage stress, and respond to anxiety in a healthier way.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps individuals accept their anxious thoughts rather than fight them, while also committing to meaningful actions that align with their values.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Originally developed for emotional regulation, DBT combines mindfulness and distress tolerance techniques to help individuals manage overwhelming emotions related to anxiety.
Medication Management (if needed)
In some cases, a combination of therapy and medication can be beneficial. We will help coordinate and work with your medical professionals to ensure a well-rounded treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.
